Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions  constitute the agreement between you and INT-PRO.COM,  YOURASSETSARESAFE.COM, EAGLESTALON.COM   and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM for your use of the INT-PRO.COM,  YOURASSETSARESAFE.COM, EAGLESTALON.COM  and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM site and the information on the  INT-PRO.COM,  YOURASSETSARESAFE.COM, EAGLESTALON.COM  and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM site (the  "Agreement"). This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with  the internal laws of the State of New Jersey, and any action brought in connection  with this Agreement shall be brought in the state or Federal courts sitting in  the State of New Jersey unless INT-PRO.COM,  YOURASSETSARESAFE.COM, EAGLESTALON.COM  and  WILLHEMINGWAY.COM shall at its sole option elect to bring an action elsewhere.  You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of any  claim brought in connection herewith.

This Agreement contains the entire  agreement between you and INT-PRO.COM,  YOURASSETSARESAFE.COM, EAGLESTALON.COM  and  WILLHEMINGWAY.COM. If any provision of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void  or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this  Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining  provisions, and this Agreement shall be construed so as to give effect to the  fullest extent possible to the stricken provision.

These Terms and  Conditions shall survive any termination of your membership account, if  any.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or  change information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be  punishable under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986.
