YOUR SOLE REMEDY IN  RESPECT OF YOUR USE OF THE  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM SITE AND ANY INFORMATION OR RESULTS  CONTAINED ON THE SITE SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING   INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and  hold  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM, its affiliates and agents, harmless from any claim or  demand, including reasonable attorneys fees, made by any third party due to or  arising out of your use of  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM (including the information or results  presented by  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM), the violation of these Terms and Conditions by  you, or any other user of your account, or the infringement by you, or any other  user of your account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person  or entity.

Miscellaneous

These Terms and Conditions  constitute the agreement between you and  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM for your use of the   INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM site and the information on the  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM site (the  "Agreement"). This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the  internal laws of the State of Arizona, and any action brought in connection with  this Agreement shall be brought in the state or Federal courts sitting in the  State of Arizona unless  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM shall at its sole option elect to bring  an action elsewhere. You hereby submit to the jurisdiction of such courts for  the purposes of any claim brought in connection herewith.

This Agreement  contains the entire agreement between you and  INT-PRO.COM, CORPORATEINVESTIGATOR.COM and WILLHEMINGWAY.COM. If any provision  of this Agreement shall be unlawful, void or unenforceable, then that provision  shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity  and enforceability of any remaining provisions, and this Agreement shall be  construed so as to give effect to the fullest extent possible to the stricken  provision.

These Terms and Conditions shall survive any termination of  your membership account, if any.

Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change  information on this service are strictly prohibited and may be punishable under  the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986.
