What brand systems do you service? Answer IPS will service all brands of hardware. IPS has access to replacement components for new, older and even discontinued systems. IPS will generally service servers and desktop/tower units on site. IPS services laptops also. Most laptop repairs will be performed in shop.
Why do you only perform on-site service? Answer Over the years IPS has learned a lot about system service and customer satisfaction. In many cases a client would bring in a unit and describe a list of problems and or symptoms. After a careful inspection of the unit the system would be returned to the client for nominal fee after some minor adjustments, certified as fully operational only to have the client become frustrated and dissatisfied when the problem still exists after taking it back. We realize that environment is a big factor in issues regarding performance and reliability. From simple setup issues to more complex issues of EMF (electromagnetic field) interference IPS must see the factors involved in order to make a thorough and professional assessment of the issues involved. That is why IPS is totally configured to do on site service. There is no extra fee, no travel time, no “in shop / out of shop” rate the fee is the same. IPS is dedicated to making its clients happy.
What area do you service? Answer IPS services clients throughout New Jersey, Deleware and Eastern Pennsylvania. IPS has clients in many other states around the USA with whom it has made special arrangements to service.
