He has an unusual and diverse background. At first, most people don’t understand the connection between the various fields of Will’s endeavors. In fact they all intermingle to foster a balanced and thoughtful approach to many of today’s business challenges.

Will is know throughout the USA as a highly motivated and skilled specialist in all forms of covert surveillance, forensic data recovery and asset protection program creation. He was a licensed and bonded NJ State Private Detective from 1991 through 2001. Will spent 24+ years in upper level management in serveral corporate asset protection and loss prevention departments. He is also highly experienced in the design, development and implementation of high technology, IP and network appliances, systems and applications. Above all, he is a very skilled and successful interviewer, trainer and event presenter / emcee.

Never one to shy away from a challenge, Will is notorious for finding a creative solution to generally overwhelming problems. Creating patented devices, copyrighted items and publications, as well as being involved in the political arena both as a candidate locally and a political radio talk show host provides Will with an rare perspective on his client’s challenges.
